Every clearance is a fixed, per-job price based on an individual assessment, either a free on-site visit or photos you send us. The final quote can be reduced by the resale value of items and by our curbside discount. There are no hidden fees.

Clearances can often be booked and completed within 24 to 48 hours, and we can respond at short notice for urgent probate, sale or rental deadlines. We serve Cheltenham and the wider Cotswolds, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

We recycle a guaranteed 90% of everything we clear, divert 100% of mattress components from landfill to specialist recyclers, and donate usable goods to local charities on request. Very little ends up as landfill waste.

No. Many of our customers live away from the property, especially with probate clearances. Ian can meet you once, arrange everything, and send photos of the completed job so you have peace of mind without travelling.

Yes. Coln Clearances is a Licensed Waste Carrier with full public liability insurance and WEEE certification, and we comply with Health and Safety at Work regulations. Everything we remove is disposed of responsibly.

We are based in Cheltenham and serve the whole of Gloucestershire and the wider Cotswolds, including Charlton Kings, Prestbury, Leckhampton, Cirencester, Tewkesbury, Bishop's Cleeve and Winchcombe. If you're unsure, just ask, we're usually happy to travel.

We clear furniture, appliances, general household and office contents, garden furniture, greenhouses and sheds. We do not take grass cuttings or hedge trimmings. Hazardous items like chemicals, gas bottles and WEEE are handled separately under our licence.
